Monkfish with Romesco sauce

•Ingredients for 4 servings: 1 onion, 1 monkfish (1 Kilo aprox), some flour, 300 grs. of clams, romesco sauce, half glass of water, some parsley and salt.

•Get the onion sliced very thin and cook until it gets transparent.
•Put the monkfish which has already been salted on the flour and fry in the same earthenware.
•1-2 minutes per side.
•Add the clams and the romesco sauce.
•Shake the dish and
•Add half glass of water. And cook for 5 minutes.

•Isn’t it easy?
•Really delicious flavour.
•The monkfish should be fresh!
