Mugaritz

DAY 2.-

Mugaritz is THE RESTAURANT! Nothing is what you think it will be… it’s different, original, surprising, charming, funny, unique, delicious… excellent! According to Restaurant Magazine is the 3rd best restaurant in the World, and from my humble point of view I couldn’t agree more.

Andoni Luis Aduriz bewitched us and kept us in a delicious trance through the whole meal; each dish is a wink to a classic or a twist towards the unknown where nothing is what it seems; but flavours, textures and funny ingredients combine to reach excellence.

The team of waiters will make you feel at home with their charm and good mood. They are willing to explain you any doubts you might have about the food; they will make your stay at Mugaritz unforgettable.

After 20 fantastic dishes, I surrender to Andoni’s absolute brilliance!!!

It might happen that if you give it a try, you get a complete different menu; it always depends on the season, on what he finds that day fresh in the market, on the product quality and of course on his inspiration!

Most Chefs will come to your table after the meal and ask if you’ve enjoyed it and so… Andoni takes you to the kitchen and explains his culinary vision and thoughts to you while cooks and waiters play their fabulous dance in the kitchen :D.
